Role Summary :
The Curriculum Lead will:
- Lead and oversee IEP development, with LAP facilitators actively drafting IEPs under guidance
- Review and standardize IEP quality, goal setting, and progress tracking
- Guide facilitators on classroom strategies, inclusion practices, and behaviour management
- Ensure alignment of therapy goals with classroom execution
- Conduct structured parent meetings and progress reviews
- Drive documentation, audits, and outcome tracking at the center level
Facilitator Responsibility (with CL oversight)
- Draft IEPs based on observations and inputs
- Execute IEP goals within the classroom
- Maintain daily/weekly progress records
- Implement strategies as guided by the Curriculum Lead
