KLAY Academy is a strategic new venture aimed at building a strong, scalable pipeline of high-quality early childhood educators across India. It is designed to create a world-class Early Childhood Education (ECE) training and certification ecosystem.
The Academy will cater to a wide spectrum of learners including 12th pass candidates, university graduates, freshers, and women/mothers looking to restart their careers. Through structured programs, practical training, and certification pathways, KLAY Academy aims to professionalize the ECE workforce and establish itself as a market leader in teacher development.
Role Objective
Participate in building KLAY Academy as a high-growth business vertical with full accountability for P&L, revenue generation, admissions, market expansion, partnerships, and operational excellence. This role requires an entrepreneurial leader who can build, scale, and institutionalize the Academy as a market-leading brand.

2. Admissions & Sales Funnel – 25%

• Conversion rates and funnel efficiency

3. Partnerships & Market Expansion – 15%
• Institutional partnerships (universities, government, corporates)

4. Marketing & Brand Building – 10%
• Lead generation efficiency (CPL)

Key Responsibilities
• Drive overall business strategy and execution
• Build and scale admissions and revenue engine

Candidate Profile
• 10–15 years of total experience
• Minimum 4–6 years in business leadership / P&L roles
• Experience in EdTech, training, skilling, or service-led businesses preferred
• Strong PR and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to scale businesses and build partnerships
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership
Compensation
• Fixed CTC: Up to ₹25 Lakhs per annum
• Variable Pay: Up to 20% linked to performance (revenue, profitability, and growth milestones)
