Description
Success Champion will primarily ensure realizing technology enabled business changes to achieve the intended business and system benefits.

Key Responsibilities
·        Focus on 3 main areas of IT enabled business change (a) Stakeholder (user community) relationship management (2) Change Management and (3) Skills Management

Stakeholder Management
·        Provide Level 1 support to user queries and issues and escalate to Level 2 support for unresolved issues
·        Drive adoption of the application through continuous assessment of the usage, dialog with the user community and surveys.
·        Conduct periodic audits of the systems and identify potential areas for improvement and gaps in the usage of the system.
·        Provide regular updates to the leadership teams on adoption and user issues for collective resolution of issues.
·        Recommend and oversee realization of necessary course corrections on the usage of the system.

Change Management
·        Assess business impact due to introduction of new or enhanced IT applications
·        Plan and execute appropriate change management interventions to effect successful transition of new or enhanced IT and sustained effective usage of the systems
·        Participate in the requirements analysis and design of the systems to ensure the systems are aligned to the business direction and designed for the right user experience

Skills Management
·        Plan, develop and conduct relevant learning programs related to IT applications and Evaluate learning outcomes
·        Source and manage partners for delivery of learning programs

Competencies and Skills
·        Strong understanding of business plans and processes of Klay and alignment of systems
·        Ability to build and encourage team spirit among the user community and other stakeholders
·        Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
·        Ability to assess user aptitude and usage ability and plan interventions appropriately
