About the Role:
We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Associate with a flair for design, storytelling, and content creation. In this role, you’ll conceptualize, design, and execute engaging marketing campaigns that elevate our brand presence and deepen our connection with our audience.
We’re looking for someone who takes end-to-end ownership, brings an entrepreneurial mindset, and isn’t afraid to get hands-on to make things happen. This is an exciting opportunity to join the founding team of a new business vertical at KLAY, and help shape its identity from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Content Creation:
Conceptualize and design visually appealing graphics, videos, and reels for Social Media
Work closely with the marketing team to translate campaign ideas and brand stories into compelling visual content.
Ensure all creatives and messaging align with brand guidelines.
Support with developing creatives and promotional collaterals
Social Media Management:
Plan and schedule content for Social Media
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and manage community interactions.
Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to inspire new content ideas.
Performance & Reporting:
Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, conversions) and share insights for optimization.
Team Support:
Capture videos, photos from Klayzo center during events and activities
Support Klayzo team during events, birthdays, BTL activation etc.
Open to work during weekends during promotional events / activations on a need basis ( comp off will be provided)
